As President & Owner of Criterium-Dudka Engineers, he oversees delivery of professional engineering services including structural evaluations, building inspections, construction monitoring, and capital needs assessments across New England. He is committed to preserving the firm’s legacy while expanding its reach through operational excellence, employee development, and client service.

Prior to acquiring the franchise locations, Shin built his career in engineering and technology, leading teams at Amazon and growth-stage startups, where he specialized in hardware systems, product development, and technical operations. He also successfully manages service industry businesses in automotive repair services, bringing a practical, client-oriented approach to leadership.
